#5. Derbyshire at Easter – results!

So, I got my film back, and I’m very pleased. Apart from one shot which I stuffed up, forgetting to stop the lens down on Velvia, all the shots came out well.

First, a couple of scene-setters, and then the shots:

Linhof in Lathkill Dale

Slides on the lightbox

Lathkill Dale Window 5×4

Linhof Technikardan S45, Nikkor W210, Fujifilm Velvia 50

2 seconds f/22, no movements

Easter Saturday 2016

Lathkill Dale Waterfall 5×4

Linhof Technikardan S45, Nikkor W210, Fujifilm Velvia 50

8 seconds, f/22, lee polarizer, lee universal bellows lens hood

Corrections in post included crop for composition, removing some of the cyan cast from the water (from polarizer) and darkening top right corner slightly.

Rowsley to Chatsworth 5×4

Linhof Technikardan S45, Schneider 150mm Apo-Symmar, Ilford Delta 100, Lee Yellow/Orange #16 filter

2º rear tilt back, 2º front tilt front, 8mm front fall, exposure not recorded, but f/32 likely. Easter Monday 2016

All shots processed by Peak Imaging and “scanned” on lightbox with D800E and 60f/2.8 AF-S micro, four shots stitched in CS6.
