Another round of shots involving autumn leaves. The first, much the best of these, is another version of a setup from last weekend, with a more heavily cropped view of another frame with a slightly different polarization for a more brooding feel. The other two were taken yesterday; I was looking for a nice contrast between the berries and the textures leaves.
Neither of these new shots ended up matching quite what I had in mind; the yew berry image is much the better of these two since the exposure chosen is much better. But in neither of these is the contrast between berry and leaf what I was looking for – I’ll keep trying. But I do quite like the yew berries shot.
Shots taken with D800E and 200f4 micro. The first shot here was ISO 100 1” f/16; the other two were stacked shots (9 and 19 frames respectively) at ISO 100 1/15 f/7.1. Thanks for looking!
